*Children must be at least 42 inches tall and at least four years of age to Tube at Chicopee Tube Park

*Riders under 8 years of age must wear a helmet; personal CSA approved helmets are acceptable.

NOTE: Chicopee Tube Park reserves the right to close slopes for grooming safety requirements. This will mainly occur between the hours of 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm or anytime deemed necessary through any operating time period.

Conditions of Season Pass

· Chicopee Tube Park reserves the right to revoke the passholder privileges of any person not complying with area rules. Passes may be removed by Senior Management.

· A $15 administration fee will be applied for the replacement of a season pass. A parent must give permission for replacement of season pass for those under 18 years of age.

· Season Pass is valid for the entire season until April 1st.

· Management reserves the right to close the facilities at Chicopee Tube Park at any time if conditions are considered unsafe to the public.

· Season Passes are not transferable or refundable.
