Guest Services Attendant

The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for the safety of the Guests. Ensuring Guests are aware of Attraction operational safety requirements. Always monitors and assists Guests when using the Attraction. Position requires individuals, who pay attention to detail, are constantly aware of Safety requirements
 

Specific Duties will Include:

  1. Responsible for verbalizing the Attraction experience, projecting confidence and supportive of answering Guest inquiries about the Attraction experience.

  2. To ensure all Guests are measured and fall within the Attractions weight restrictions and age requirements.

  3. Responsible for the safe operation of the following Attractions and Installations, this includes reporting equipment issues on inspection.

  4. To work in compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, follow and obey the guidelines set forth in pre-season training.

  5. Communicate with fellow staff members to ensure information sharing and excellence in Customer Service.

  6. As with all positions at the Park a personal Training Log is a requirement & must be completed before operating Attractions.

Qualifications: 

Tube Park is looking for Attendants who relate exceptionally well with Guests. Has an exceptionally high level of safety awareness and makes the experience fun for guests as well as fellow staff members. Will be required to attend, participate and successfully complete a pre-season training on Conveyor Lift operation.

Wage Range:

$15.75 - $16.00

This position involves working scheduled hours that may include day, evening, weekends and statutory holidays.
