Communications Advisor and Event Support
The Communications Advisor and Event Assistant is responsible to the Administrative Supervisor. This self-directed individual is responsible for all external communications (including paid, owned, and shared media channels) and group bookings, and assists with wedding planning and setup. Chicopee Tube Park support and focuses attention on Workers as well as Guest safety. This means adhering to by Park policies as posted.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Specific Duties will Include:

The following abilities are critical to the position of Co-ordinator and should be a combination of the following:

Oversee bookings, accounts receivable, and group confirmations.

Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WeddingWire), Website updates, email, and telephone inquiries.

Pursue external marketing opportunities (such as Wag jag and Groupon referrals, collaboration with local businesses, and earned media opportunities).

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for group intake to support business growth.

Communicate with Marketing/Programming staff to ensure information sharing and excellence in Customer Service.

Supervise, train, and support guest services cashiers.
Qualifications:
The following abilities are critical to the position of a Food Services Attendant:
Previous cooking & Guest Service experience is an asset.
Strong organization skills and be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to the daily challenges associated with the operation.
Smart Serve certification is a requirement.
Standard First Aid, AED & CPR an asset

Wage Range: $19.50 - $21.00
Start Date: December 2024
End Date: March 2025

This position involves working scheduled hours that may include day, evening, weekends, and statutory holidays.
