What you need to know before your visit
Snow Tubing Requirements

Snow tubers must be at least 4 years old and 42" tall
- Helmets are required for guests 12 years of age and younger. But are optional for guests over the age of 13.
- Bookings must be made ahead of time.
- Sign online waivers before you arrive.
- One person per tube, in sitting position only
- Make sure that the track is clear before you take off.
- When you reach the bottom of the hill, look uphill and clear the track immediately.
- Exit the slope at marked areas only.
- Do not obstruct the track. When you're done tubing, return your tube to the tube enclosure.
- No tubing permitted under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Remain at the scene of a collision and identify yourself to a first-aider.
Obey all signs and officials.
Weather Policy
In the event of rain or thunderstorms, Chicopee Tube Park reserves the right to temporarily shut down the attractions until it's deemed safe to reopen them. Rain passes will only be given if the Park is unable to reopen for operation. We reserve the right to close the Park and cancel bookings due to inclement weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued on daily ticket purchases or advanced ticket purchases for special events. Exclusive booking deposits are non-refundable and credits cannot be awarded. Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Chicopee Tube Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards.
