Server & Busser

Candidate’s main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to Guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner. With this job position most of his time will be spent cleaning, organizing, and arranging dishes in the back of the kitchen. Chicopee Tube Park support and focuses attention on Workers as well as Guest safety. This means adhering to by Park policies as posted.

Specific Duties will Include:

1. Prepares dining areas for Guest by cleaning all table, chair and floor areas.

2. Stocking of all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of daily service hours.

3. Supports Kitchen Cook staff by assisting them with the delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies that maybe required.

4. When required maybe involved in severing food to tables.  

5. Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station .

6. When required responsible for setting tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the Kitchen to be washed.

7. Ensure that the food service area is operated and maintained in compliance with Health Department Regulations by following posted clean-up procedures.

8. Required to empty and reline Garbage receptacles, do rest room checks and ensure fully Garbage bags are deposited in Garbage Compactor.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Will be required to attend, participate, and successfully complete a pre-season training on-line.

Qualifications: 

The following abilities are critical to the position of a Server & Busser:

1. Previous Guest service experience is an asset.

2. Relevant computer skills.

3. Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

4. Ability to adapt to the daily challenges associated with the operation.

5. Build foster and sustain a positive public image.

Wage Range: $15.60-$16.00

Start Date: December 2023

End Date: March 2024

This position involves working scheduled hours that may include day, evening, weekends, and statutory holidays.
