Do I need to be a certain age or height?
Yes. To zipline, you must be at least 42 inches tall, 50 lbs., and 4 years old.

How long is the zip line?

Our Mini Me zip line is 80 meters long, and our Pineridge zip line is 300 meters long.

How safe is the zip line?
Every component of the zip line is thoroughly reviewed by a professional engineering firm and inspected by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) annually.

 

How does the zip line work?

A specially designed trolley will move you down the zip line at a speed of approximately 30 to 45 km/h, which takes about 22 seconds. At the end of the zip line, a series of springs will gradually stop you, and a zip line guide will disconnect you from the line.

When is the zip line operational?
The zip line is operational in the spring, summer, and fall. Check out our operating hours for up-to-date information.  

What food services are provided?
Our fast-food kitchen and full-service bar are open during select operating hours. Snacks and drinks are also available in our vending machine. We can adapt our services to meet most catering requests.
