Guest Services Cashier
If you are interested in a future that involves Hospitality and Tourism, then consider this a position as a Guest Service Cashier. If you like working with people and have cash handling experience this job is ideal. This position is responsible to and mentored by the Administrative Supervisor.
Chicopee Tube Park support and focuses attention on Workers as well as Guest safety. This means adhering to by Park policies as posted.

Specific Duties will Include:

Adhere to proper cash handling procedures and capable of filling out daily sales sheets and deposits at completion of given operating shift.

To ensure a high level of professionalism in all your contact with Guests and staff. To work in compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, adhere to the Park’s Safe Workplace Policies follow and obey the guidelines set forth in pre-season on-line training.

Responsible and accountable for delivery the daily operations of the Customer Service Department Ticket sales, Season Pass, Group bookings, Rental locker, Helmet sales & sanitization requirements, while maintaining an attractive Guest environment.

Responsible and accountable for following proper cash handling operations and day/shift end procedures. Must be able to reconcile sales at the end of an operating sales period.

Responsible and accountable for responding to customer problems, concerns, reporting accidents/incidents as well as processing Guest concerns. Following the Park policies and guidelines set by the Administrative Supervisor.

Responsible for responding to all incoming phone calls and emails, and ensuring that all are answered in a prompt, professional manner.

Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives and other Guest orientated initiatives.
Qualifications:
Will be required to attend, participate, and successfully complete a pre-season on-line training. The following abilities are critical to the position of a Guest Services Cashier:

Relevant computer skills including POS operation & strong organization skills.

Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Working knowledge of a Resort environment is desirable.

Ability to adapt to the daily challenges associated with the operation.

Build foster and sustain a positive public image.

Wage Range: $17.75 - $19.50
Start Date: December 2024
End Date: March 2025

This position involves working scheduled hours that may include day, evening, weekends, and statutory holidays.
